DO NOT CHANGE GUN LAWS

We must stop this anti gun push, We are being terrorized by the media, the media and there political "suppourters" who they bought through "donations"   are using propaganda and threats to make you afraid of guns, so you will vote for this ban.  

    The media and the politicians they paid for ,much like the big bussiness and the republicans that are largely responsible for our economic situation, through legislature that allowed tax breaks and offshore encorporation to bussinesses making billions. the Laws that allow them to pay less than 10 percent income tax, when you and I pay 33% percent. Its corruption and its on both sides.  

      Again the media uses threats and intimidation to frighten you into a political position, they skew statistics to get them to "prove" that guns casue violence they ignore and cover up events that will expose there lies or ones that certainly dont help prove that a ban would not do anything.     

    I want all of you caring intellegent people out there, that read and sign these petitions like I do, to do something for me, look up the Dec 12 2012 Portland Mall shooting, go to 5 "mass media" outlets and read the stories, then type into whatever search engine you choose,  "CCW permit holder stops Portland Mall Shooting"    you will then be directed to a small independant local or internet agency that reports ACTUAL NEWS, and you will read about what really happened.  I wont tell you what happened read for yourself. 

     then look up  the placement of two bombs in a Washington State High School, Summer 2012.    Another HUGE event that noone has ever heard about, The FBI evacuated a high school and disarmed 2 large and very powerful bombs, IN A HIGH SCHOOL, where my 2 nieces (by marriage) happen to attend.    This was not national news, i didnt hear a peep about it until I was told directly about the incedent by a familiy member.  

    Again these were not threats they were actual, Armed, Deadly, Powerful, Large, explosives, killing machines, found in a high school, they were set to detonate, but a student saw a suspicious man leave two bags in the halls, called the police and the school was evacuated. if he would have been a suicide bomber it wouldnt have been so nice, or if the timers were shorter it wouldnt have been just terrifying.   Bombs have no use but to kill, firearms have plenty of legitimate lawful uses,  Like self defense.   

   Switzerland, they train and arm every abled bodied male from 21-45 with actual assault rifles, Fully automatic weapons, in every household in switzerland, they have a low crime rate, VERY  LOW, a criminal will not break into a home where he knows there is a gun and an owner that can use it.   

     There is a Town Called Kennesaw Georgia, Population 30,000+  and its mandatory for every had of household to own and mantian a working firearm, unles they religiously or morally object, then the court will issue a waiver, they instituted this law in 1992, there has not been a murder since.  The crime rate has steadily decreases since then as well, sure there is still petty theft, vandalism, stupid stuff kids do, but the actual crimes, the violent crimes in that city are incredibly low.            

       Oh you may find this interesting,    Senator Feinstein, the author of the "assault weapons ban"  both the 1994 itteration, and the new one, that she wants passed, has already done many things on that bill in California, Crime Rates in California Are ABOVE national Avg.  cities Like LA, San Diego, san Fransisco, ect have a much HIGHER crime rate than New York City, California as a whole has a crime rate higher than National Avg.  

    Also Senator Feinstein, has or had a concealed weapons permit, When she was just a local politician, she was targeted by a group who threatened her house with a bomb and shot at it. So in a state where its almost impossible to get a CCW permit, she got one, And she said quote " I will at least take one of them with me"   the actual quote is much longer but that is a direct snippet from what she said and its not out of context.    But now since she has an armed motorcade, they carry her gns for her, and since she has an armored car she doesnt feel the "need" to carry a gun anymore, so you shouldnt either, only private bodyguards and those who can afford them should be allowed to have guns. becasue you arent to be trusted.  This is supposed to be a republic by the people for the people, not by the elitist for the elitists.    

  Why can Feinstein and all of these others making this "public safety push" have armed men with Actual Assault rifles defending them, and they want to tell you and she does tell Californians that they cant even carry a handgun for self defense.  88% of crimes occur out of your home, so she and those like her say you can only defend your life with any real chance 12% of the time. hmmm

    Please look all of this stuff up, look at raw data, dont go to "anti guns r us" or "pro guns r us" for that matter we are all smart enough to make our own minds up we dont need the spin. 

   Yes there is gun violence, yes we need to do something about it, but if guns are so dangerous, why is it that 4 times more people die in cars every year, than die by murder, suicide, and accidents involving firearms?     And there are more guns than cars in the united states and that is just in private hands, and that number 88.8 guns per 100 people are just the ones that are known about. there are about 75 registered cars per 100 people in the Us, but they are 4 times more dangerous, 4 times more lethal.  

     Again plese protect our rights, our founding fathers spent alot of time energy and forethought into making our country, not to mention those who died to do so.    they laid out our rights very carefully and very specifically, the right to free speach, press, and assembly, then the right to bear arms.  then all the others,        Those two in that order are very important thats why they came first and in that order.

     the right to bear arms is nothing without the right to assemble protest and petition, becasue then all you would have is people trying to affect change by the gun, not through political means, and if the government was able to target you and I for what we said what good would it do for us to be armed?    I dont want anyone hurt, I Also dont want to live in a tyrannical country where the rights of all are trampled by the wishes of a few. 

    Benjamin Franklin said    "Any society willing to sacrifice a little liberty, to gain a little security deserves neither and will lose both" 

   So if your willing to allow the media and there political puppets to threaten and intimidate you, through propaganda, and lies into seeing things "their way" you will deserve no security and you will get none as well, and you will get a government that tells you that you can no longer protest them, that you can no longer petition for change.    This has happened numerous times in history, it has happened in countless countries. And it is happening here.

    Do you know what they call those who use lies, intimidation and violence to affect political change?     Terrorists.        The media is lying to us, covering up and lying about anything that flies in the face of there agenda, they are telling you that "if you dont vote to ban "assault rifles" you and or your children will be the next to die in a shooting" 

    they lie and cover up events like the Portland mall shooting, and the Bombs in my nieces high school, and countless others every day, so they can get there point across without any opposition. Read about the portland mall shooting from 5 mass media outlets then read about it, using this phrase to search "CCW permit holder stops Portland Mall shoting"  you will read what actually happened and then go back and look through all the stories form "mass news" and you will see they intentionally left that part of the story out.  

    The pen is really mightier than the sword, I know that if we had a group of people using a "sword" to bully us noone would bend to the pressure, but the media is doing just that, they are using the pen much more skillfully and more deftly than anyone has ever wielded a "sword"

   Our military swears an Oath, so do our politicians "to defenf the Constitution of the united States From All enemies Foreign and Domestic"    Well our Military is abroad, So its time for you to defend there freedoms, from those who wish to take them away, and this threat is Domestic.     

   the similarities to the "gun control" movement of today and the "prohibition movement" of the Womens christian Temperence Union are startling, as is the economic position the country is in , 80 years ago the WCTU banned what they saw as "the root of all evil" Alcohol and drugs, and we are still fighting the consequences of that ban today, they banned drugs like cocaine and herion that you could walk into Sears and any other store in america and buy, Yes
Sears sold Cocaine and Heroin, and there was very little addiction, they banned alcohol, and as a direct result of that, we had a flurry of crime and small gangs turned into the Mafia, entire countries in south america fell to the Drug lords that before were just bussinessmen who made a decent living, Now they are dictators that are killing people to protect there trillion dollar enterprise, All because 80 years ago the American People let a small group, that had direct control over the media use terrorist tactics to frighten them into the voting booth.   PLEASE DONT LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN!!!     

    Go watch movies like "Reefer Madness" and you will see exactly what I mean, there is a scene where a good kid takes one hit of weed and goes home and kills his parents.  That scared people, its funny now but it wasnt then,  "the public" didnt know any better, so they bought it and voted to "ban the root of all evil". 

   Again we have a small group of people in direct control of the media threatening our lives, saying this "assault rifle" will kill you, if we dont ban it.    that can only be described as terrorism.    Oh by the way, the ATF our government agency classifies these guns the media lies about and calls "assault rifles" as MODERN SPORTING RIFLES,   According to the ATF an assualt rifle is a fully automatic weapon, Something only a select few private citizens with the proper license and the funds can own. 

      Criminals will always break the law, its already illegal to kill, its already illegal to rape. why would another law stop that? 

   Oh the new "assault weapons ban"  will force almost every gun company,  every manufacturing company and every ammo compnay in the US to close, Feinstein wants To ban over 100 specific models my brand and by design, and ban anything else that isnt a bolt action, with a fixed magazine or a revolver, So wher basically wants to turn the gun technology clock back 150 years, becasue it was so peaceful back in the wild west right? noone died then did they?   

     This gun control push is either incredibly naive and dangerous becasue they want to waive a magic wand and "fix" crime, or they they just want good honest people to be disarmed, Either way it must be stopped. 

   We need to focus on social programs that will help these troubled kids, we need to keep violent criminals behind bars, stop filling our jail with stupid drug crimes, and keep the violent repeat offenders off the street. Drug possesion and that alone shouldnt get more jail time that murder!!!! and it does every day!!!!    4 police were shot in Lynwood Washington by a Man who should have still been Serving a Life sentance in Alabama, for child rape and assault, He was pardoned, he ,moved to Washington he commited 8 more felonies, again including child rape and assault, he was bailed out on nov 23 09 he killed those police with stolen guns nov 29th 09 so 6 days after he was let out of prison WICH SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED he murdered 4 police.   why are we focused on guns?     he was a convicted felon, he couldnt buy one anyway, he either stole them or bought them on the "black market"  the drug market.   But no banning this gun or that feature will completely make all of those illegal guns in the hands of criminals dissapear.    

      Please look into this subject, make your own mind up,  I know there are alot of caring good people who read these petitions, And we all want to protect the innocent we all want to stop crime, lets do it, please dont allow these people to push a historically proven disasterous piece of legislation on us, it will only hasten our economic collapse or casue it outright, shutting down a milti billion dollar multi million job industry will only make things worse, much like it did when we put millions out of work and shut countless bussinesses down during prohibition, and look what happened just after, Economic collapse.

    I dont want to turn everyone pro gun, I want you to make that serious choice for yourself,   I am pro gun, pro constitution, but have never and will never hurt anyone, unless my life or the life of another is in immediate danger, even then I wont be happy about it.    

   If guns cause all evil why is it that "anti gun" activists are issuing death threats to gun store owners, NRA members, and even those in the media that are against this unconstitutional "gun control" push?   

     I will defend your rights protected in the Constitution till my last breath, please do the same for me.    I just want everyone to be able to live the way they want in a free country, thats why I vote for every pro choice law thats why I voted for same sex marriage, (Not to mention I wanted to see one of my friends get married to the man he loves, they did it was beautiful)   I want this country to be what the Idea of this country has always been, and banning guns is not the way to get there.  

    Thank you for your time, I know this  was a very long petition argument but its bery important just like most of the stuff on this site, we can and do affect change through petitions, lets just make sure its change for the better, if it isnt whats the point?
