STOP the unnecessary euthanasia of innocent animals.

Hold the people responsible who breed, neglect or abondon animals-- not the animal by sentencing it to death for simply being alive. Kittens, puppies, and adult animals who have loved unconditionally their entire exsistence are put down in 5 days or less, thrown out like the trash. Over population of domestic animals is due to human irresponsiblity. Change the Laws, hold people responsible.
