Puerto Rico is already an American territory and they have expressed an interest in becoming the 51st or 52nd State before and I feel that we can go along with them like we did with Alaska and Hawaii the last time. I feel that if they agree to put up between 13 to 20 percent of the investment to build a State Capitol, State Police agencies, a National Guard base, larger airports, and emergency services that they can help America become more productive since we would have better luck with them concerning finding cheaper labor for our businesses to invest in than some of the more unfriendly places we've tried free trade agreements with like China, Columbia, Canada, etc. They have a more culturally acceptable style that we can adapt to since we already deal with them instead of the failures we've had with the previously mentioned free trade partners when it comes to them turning on us. I feel that Puerto Rico is more trustworthy than the other ones we have dealt with before. I feel that the percentage they should pay should be one that does not put their economy in jeopardy of failure since they have a different currency rate than us. I feel that it would be a better investment than our current free trade zones.
