Protect our children from abuse

Everyday children are being abused and molested, yet when trying to protect them, we are the ones being condemned.  Trying to be a parent and protect our children is our responsibility, but when I tried to protect my 4year old from being hurt again, by being molested and watching violence from her father. I was told I was putting it in her head by Protective Service, Friend of the Court, and the Childrens Assessment Center.  In fact, they threatened me that there will be consenquenses if they couldnt prove what I was telling them was true.  My ex, my daughters father, is a chronic lier and very good at it.  Why cant officials see through all the lying? Yet they believe he is being "completely honest."  If they don't have physical evidence with DNA then pretty much you cannot protect your children, even though it is something that happened a little while ago.  Also, they want to see scarring which rarely happens as the children heal well and quickly, and it would have to be pretty bad roughly done to scar.

I am asking for you to sign my petition to get more protection for our children.  I am hearing there are some instances which other parents or family is talking the children into making up false allegations, but I believe alot of it is true and not made up, after what I am going through.  Why would anyone put their child through that?

I am asking that in instances like this that they are required to take a lie detector test by law, and that the child is protected from having to go be with that person who hurt them.  The child should not be forced to go if they do not want to when it has been stated abuse happened.  If there is visitation it should be supervised for the childs safety. 

I feel that not only does this protect the child, but also the abuser from getting charged when they cant prove it.  Because, if someone was to make up the allegations, then they would be protecting themselves from being accused of it, and stay out of jail.

Therefore my petition is a win win, as it protects both parties.

We the undersigned want to protect our childrens rights and safety.  We feel there are not enough laws to protect our children.  We also feel we have been threatened by those in authority by just trying to protect our own children from going into an abusive home.  When our children tell us ....... did something to my butt(privates), it should be considered seriously.  Some people are afraid to stand up for their children because of being threatened of charges against them for false allegations.  Therefore, our children cannot be protected, but are forced to go with the abuser by the court system.  The court system will not protect our children unless there is alot of proof.  For some examples, please see:

We are asking for a law to be passed to protect our children from being hurt again. 

1. We are asking for a law that does not force a child to go with another person or parent if they chose not to. 

2. We are asking for the court to believe our childrens crys and to only allow supervised visitation if they are unable to prove abuse. This not only protects the child from further abuse, but it also protects the other person or parent involved from going to jail and the possibility of being accused falsly.

3.  We are asking that Friend of the Court, Protective Services, Childrens Assessment Centers, and any Officials involved are not able to threaten parents for talking to them about our childrens abuse.  Why should we get threatened for trying to protect our children?
