STRICTER PENALTIES FOR ANIMAL CRUELTY

We the undersigned are calling upon the British government to enforce sticter penalties and prison sentances for those who abuse, neglect and cause suffering to animals. We believe that the Animal Welfare Act is not being enforced to its full potential and that too many people continue to cause cruelty to animals as there are not higher consequences.
