Support Affordable Housing in Cambridge through the Community Preservation Act

Express support for more affordable housing opportunities in Cambridge through the Community Preservation Act (CPA).

Cambridge's Community Preservation Act allocates City funding to open space, historic preservation, and community housing. Each year,the City invites the public to recommend what percentage of funding should go to each of these categories.  

CPA funds have been the most important AFFORDABLE HOUSING funding source in recent years, and Cambridge has previously allotted 80% of CPA funds for this priority. 
Statements of support from Cambridge residents can influence the City to allocate the greatest possible percentage to affordable housing.
