Have the Legislater look at the restrictions for state assistence.

I am starting this petiton to try and get hard working parents the help from the state that they need. They have there policies and i understand them but it seams like they are enabling people to not work and to live off the state. But they will deny the people who work for there money because they make a little to much money or they live with the person who will be watching there kids.
