Petition for a Front Portch

The City of Belleville, stating my neighbors are complaining that I can not have a portch.

The City of Belleville, told me to downsize the front portch size.

The City of Belleville, is now requiring me to tear down the portch after they allowed it.

Each person on West Main Street, Belleville, IL in the block of 9800 W. Main, has a full sized portch.
