international inquiry into 1000 unmarked graves

1000 unmarked Graves have been uncovered in Indian Ocuppied Kashmir. while the Indian authorities are refusing to carry out investigation, we demand an international, independent human rights body to carry out immediate inquiry into this horrific and shocking discovery. and  that the culprits be bought to justice. Kashmiri's also demand the immediate withdrawl of indian military personnel from the Residential areas of Jammu and Kashmir.
