The United States Army Reserve is opening a new training center in Warner Robins (see link to story below) and we are seeking community support to dedicate the center in honor of Specialist Daniel E. Gomez who was killed in Baghdad, Iraq on July 18, 2007.
Why Daniel?
- He is a Graduate of Warner Robins High School, Class of 2004.
- It would be a great honor for the city of Warner Robins if the new training center is memorialized in the name of a local hero.
Why should I support this?
- Show your patriotism and support for the Armed forces, especially all those men and women who have made the Ultimate Sacrifice in defense of liberty and freedom.
- Every Day in Middle Georgia is Armed Forces Appreciation Day! Don't just say it, show it! This training center will send men and women into harm's way and we want the patriotic spirit of Warner Robins and Middle Georgia to be with them!

This petition is being submitted as evidence of the community support for SPC Daniel Gomez. The Warner Robins Army Reserve Center is a place that Daniel's actions, sacrifice, and memory will inspire not only the Soldiers that call the center home, but members of the Warner Robins and Houston County community that look to the Armed Forces for honor and inspiration.
