People against the pitbull ban! Bring starlett and capone home!

Its January 13th....its with a heavy heart when i type this. Starlett and Capone have been in the shelter now for over 157 days!!!!! Salina justice will not give them back to my mother! They refuse to let her have any contact or questioning regarding them in the case furthering from our last court. The judge stating "Do not ask again" straight up telling my mother not to ask for her babies back!!!! Again!!! Bring ample documents showing she is legally and has been blind for over a year now, giving documentation of the breeds for our animals!!! Having the original owners of the dogs parents, and original shot records for our animals care!!! Not to mention giving them every documentation needed to show my mother cant see! A salina police officer did not anounce himself to my mother, when chasing her down the street after SHE made a 911 call because someone was on her private property! And instead of helping her and calming her or reasurring her! He pepper sprayed her in the face!my mother has gone through multiple corneas transplants! She already has a hard time keeping her eyes from getting an infection here and there to keep up her health of her eyes in hopes to get two transplants in the near future at an eye center! All this has depleted her health! Her stress has increased since being apart of her starlett and capone. She has started using blood pressure meds and seeing a therapist. Theres not a week or two that goes by that shes seeing a doctor in the hospital regarding an anxiety attack. Shes always depressed and crying and its taking a huge toll. Again these babies are apart of our family! Only shred of good news thus far is we have gotten in contact with the news finally! They called fhe local PD. They are going to further loom into what this so called "infestigation" about what happen is realy about. We will not stopm we will keep fighting. Those are MY mothers dogs! OUR FAMILY and you will not tell us to STOP!!!! Share this story please! Salina you are going to go down for what you have done to my mother and to starlett and capone!!!! Will you help us!?!?! My motgers attorney put in a request that the judge allow my mother to see starlett and capone, while waiting 4 next court date. The judge immediately sent back a denial to the request!!!! She wont even let my mother see them! Starlett and capone were taken from the home, while hiding from whomever was on my mothers property! The dogs cannot be kept from us! How is this at all healthy for us?! My mother cant eat or sleep, she crys every time i talk to her and says she cnt go on if she loses them

As i type this tears roll down my cheeck just the thought of you sitting in those cages, seperated, alone, wondering where we are. My mom isnt allowed to see you, wandering where she is....Wondering why you havent seen her, why you're not at home. Court was today, we didnt have to go, my mother put in a request to be allowed to see starlett and capone while they wait another 3weeks for the pushed court. We are fighting for you! And we will be going home soon! please help bring them home💔
