The proposed idea by Timecall Erongo Mine to establish a mine near //Khan-heb cannot stand. We do not agree, regardless of the said benefits to have our mountain become a site for mining neither will we agree to let our home become a space for the mining industry. We do not trust nor do we believe in the need to establish a mine at the cost of our ancestral mountain, customaryland and history. The ambitions of the mining company & co to make money is not our concern. We do not care about the money. We care about our home. Our identity and pride. Money will never equate to heritage. //Khan-heb will not be a means to an end!
