Most of the community knows that the developer is wanting to use the trail and land on Imogen and divide the 5 acres of property into 13 lots making that trail into a road while moving the trail completely. We have been aware from the meeting on November 19, 2019 that there were people who did not receive the letter who should have. We were told that if we can get over 10 people to email there decision whether they are for or against this change that it can help make a the boards decision. Although they are only asking from only a certain number of properties I asked that anyone who feels the need to help support us please do. Even if you cannot email and are against the change please sign this petition. We have been lied to throughout the whole development of this community between the Internet, the mud tax, and now this we have fought for everything else and this is just another fight to add to the list. By signing this petition you are against the change of the 5 acre property (property number 465079) on Imogen Dr being amended into 13 individual properties.
