Make Public Officials Obey The Law

We the undersigned people petition New York State Attorney General, Eliot Spitzer to: immediately investigate and remedy the rampant violations of: county, city, town, and village Judges, DA’s, Sheriff’s and Clerks who are not in compliance of New York’s State Constitution, Uniform Justice Court Act and the New York State Consolidated Laws pertaining to the failing of filing their of Oath of Office and or filing/securing their surety bond. We the undersigned demand these offices be immediately declared vacant as the law so dictates. We demand those guilty, cease and desist dispensing in their illegal duties, repay the taxpayers the illegal salaries and benefits garnered.
