Reports say parties supporting this movement now on the stride to possibly make it a law to ask your baby, toddler, for consent to change their diaper. Cathy areu and all supporting members beliefs are taking the media by stride. If this become true and become law we will have to ask consent to our babies.. As any other law of you don't abide you are possibly jailed or fined. All of this in the cause to reach consent. My solution is to reach consent when children reach grade school and continue get consent all throughout children education. For who don't understand this petition I shall explain us parents are suppose to ask are child who has a diaper,nappy,pull up full of human feces if we are allowed to change them. And I mean as in asking a newborn to a toddler to change their diaper. A newborn to 9 month old majority of the time cannot verbally communicate let alone understand ques ( so mostly likely we will get no response and if these become law .then I suppose since we don't get no response out children are supposed to sit in filth till said permisson possibly still get jailed for neglect). A toddler majority of the time understand que s but still learning and majority of toddlers know language skills . asking your toddler who knows the word no, to a diaper change . You will more than percent of the time get a no and then them running thinking it's a game with the same concept you must get consent. a big percentage of the time will us parents get consent from our children . Our children are either babies ,toddlers, and disable and don't understand the concept on what would happen if we didn't change their diapers. what happens if we don't get consent and don't change our child's diaper? Great question! Irritation. A baby's skin can get irritated when a diaper is left on for too long and poop (or the diaper itself) rubs against the skin repeatedly.
