Petition for Robert Allen Gay to serve his prison time
Recently, a Judge in San Joaquin County released a man from jail AFTER being convicted of manslaughter, in the death of his wife, Peggy Spencer. Robert Allen Gay killed his wife, was found guilty of the crime, and sentenced to 10 years in prison. Surprisingly, he was then allowed to walk out of jail without serving his time!! Robert Allen Gay is NOT monitored like a person on parole in any way, not to mention that he does not have to report to a parole officer, basically allowing him to live his life as he pleases. PLEASE HELP me in spreading the word that we SHOULD NOT LET CONVICTED KILLERS OUT OF JAIL!
