Petition to Revoke Bond for Michael Linkinhoker & Cindy Nelton
The residents of Dayton, TX and surrounding areas would like the bond revoked for Michael Linkinhoker and Cindy Nelton. These two individuals were involved in a hit and run on CR 443 in Dayton, TX on Apr 16, 2011 that killed Charli Rae Gore age 15. Mr. Linkinhoker is currently being held on $30,000 bond and pending release. Ms Nelton is currently free on $500 bond. The residents on Dayton and surrounding areas would like these to individuals put back behind bars until they go to trial. They will both are a flight risk.
