New Florida Statute for Grandparents Visitation Fl Statute 752.01

I have recently come across a new Fl Statute for Grandparents Visitation Florida Statute 752.01.

Florida Statute 752 now gives grandparents an avenue by which to pursue visitation rights with their grandchildren as the courts are now using the best interest of the child standard. Finally, the law has recognized how important it is for grandchildren to have a continuing and loving connection to extended family!

This new law gives grandparents a voice in court where they previously had none.

I will petitioning the Florida Court for Visitation with my grandson Rylan.
