We the undersigned, unequivocally support the retention of Mr. Gregory Hill as the Director of Frederick Douglass Academy.
As a community member and parent/guardian, we are signing on with the belief that,...it takes a village to raise a child.
According to the Charter rules for Frederick Douglass Academy High School, the parents and the children are an integral part of the success of the school. Thus with a unilateral decision being made terminating our current Director; for which the parents/guardians and children of Frederick Douglass Academy were neither apprised of nor considered, we strongly appeal to the rights given per the Charter and via this petition to have said ruling overturned.
