Vioces For Skilled Immigrants

We are a concerned group of Canadian citizens who demand changes to the current immigration policy with respect to employment for skilled immigrants, looking for support.  The barriers and challenges that they face are very familiar to many of us.  First and foremost, there is no value to their degree or credentials when they arrive in Canada, because it is not recognized by Canadian employers.  According to statistics from Canadian Labor Business Market, more than 56 percent of unemployed immigrants held some form of post secondary credentials, while one in three held a university degree at the bachelors level or higher.  In comparison to one third of the Canadian-born unemployed who hold post secondary credentials with eight percent in possession of a university degree.  Help support us and sign our petition
