Against Pet Policy

IF you feel like me and many other people, the Pet Policy in NYCHA and the Animal laws need to change for the better but not the worst.Alot of people have pits and other aggressive dogs for years and the animal never had any history of aggression.The breed shouldn't pay for the action of a  individual owner and that animal.Harder policy should be applied like instead of having to evict the animal make it that the resident pays a monthly fee for the animal depending breed.They should make a dog park in every two housing complex and have individuals pay a small fee to cover cost and maintanance of the dog park and last tougher laws against animal offenders,which includes licensing,shots,etc.Please sign ths petition so animals can be counted in NYCHA and in our lives.They are our family members.
