Background and Introduction of this Petition:

As we know and according to Crescent Chicago Newspaper Bensenville Muslim Community did not lose heart when they have to move out because of the O'hare Airport expansion plan.

Bensenville Muslim Community miss being part of "one big family" When these familes had to move, they felt their entire lives were crumbling because they had lived in such close proximity to one another for several years.

The Muslim community did not lose hope. They turned a challenge into an opportunity to build a new masjid and community in suburbs where the families had moved to.

In the summer 0f 2008, a warehouse was converted into Al Hira Community Center at 140 W. Commercial Street in Wooddale. Now it serves Muslims in Itasca, Elk Grove Village, Bensenville, Schiller Park, Franklin Park and Elmhurst.

Under the guidance of Mufti Ghulam Samdani, the community wasted no time in getting the masjid off to a great start. Youth and sister's programs have already begun.  Daily after school and summer school program has started. In addition to the Quran and Hadith program offered, they also taught the children Urdu, which is the mother tongue for many of the families of Al Hira.

Within the last two years Al Hira had successfuly arranged 2 fund rasing events.

Purpose of this Petition:

Al Hira has completed most of its task and running under a good management.  Mufti Ghulam Samadani is the President of Al Hira. Unfortunately some people dont want Mufti Ghulam Samadani to be the President of Al Hira.  These people dont understand the importance of one good teacher like Mufti Ghulam Samadani, as he has been the Imam and esteemed speaker of Bensenville Muslim Community since 1993.

We the Youth and the Students of Bensenville Community and Al Hira Community Center believe that Mufti Ghulam Samadani is always been the best scholar, best teacher, best mentor for us and we strongly believe that the management of Al Hira community should run under the guidance of Mufti Ghualm Samadani and he should stay as the President.
We youth will be getting united tomorrow in order to show respect to Mufti Ghulam Samadani Sahib.
