are you sick and tired of sexual preditors?

 As a father i am writing this in hopes of opening a few eyes. sexual preditors are being dumped in small rual towns all over america.Not just a few here and there, no we are talking of thousands.Right in your neighborhood, and next to schools where children walk to and from school  daily.now according to law all sexual offenders are supposed to live at least five miles from all school campasses, and areas of play.Congress passed these laws a few years ago.Yet the law does not stick.hmm amazing,tell me this why does someone who has commited ..say a drug crime a felony in this state of washington that person will get more time in jail/prison than a sex offender. the going jail sentence is 3 to 6 month, for sex offenders. how do you explain to your child that the monster that hurt them will be free in 3-6 months,or stop the tears of pain..the list goes on ..point being these pile of @#!%@#^ are getting away with to much.as most of them relocate after prison/jail releases them to become homeless. GREAT!!!! NOW THE LAW HAS NO WAY OF TRACKING THEIR ACTIVITIES. i have to say this is very frightning for my children and every child out there, we must do something now!!!! I want to petition the government to put tracking chips deep within their heads,
that cant be removed as well as the removal of all reproductive organs. this to me is the only sure bet. they have no sexual drive and law enforcement can track them. if you want to change our childrens future and their childrens futures please sign this petition, feel free to pass it along who knows maybe some one in congress will here us. thanks louis
