Bloodless bullfighting or nothing
Bullfighting may be commonly known for spilled blood, but it doesn't have to be that way; in France, Portugal and USA bloodless bullfighting is starting to make a difference, the sport involves displaying a person's strength and bravery and at times a horse's ability and cunning rather than the death of a bull; any harm to the animals (bulls or horses) should be avoided, as for people, it was their choice and they must deal with the concequence be it good or bad. Bloodless bullfighting can keep tradition alive and stop the cruelty and if it can't be done in a way that the bull is taken care of through out it's life and honored before, during, and after the fight then bullfighting should be stopped.
We the undersigned believe that bullfighting, rather than be stopped, should be changed to avoid harm to the animals that take part in it (bulls and horses), that way the tradition may continue without what many people see as senseless cruelty; this does not mean that bulls can no longer be killed for their meat, it simple puts a stop on the public display; some countries such as France, Portugal and USA have fully or at least partially embraced bloodless bullfighting.
