My name is Tamara Souliere-Glidden and my son Christian Edward was murdered in August of 2004.  His life was taken at the age of 16 months old.  His murderer may have the chance to be released in 2011. 

We, the undersigned, through this letter would like to keep murderers noticed.  I believe that this world should know who has murdered and committed a horrible crime. 

We the people seek that murderers who are released be registered just like molesters and rapist. 

Do you want to live next door or work with someone who has killed.  What about someone playing or watching your child. 

Please help me in my goal!
