Creation of Vending Ordinance in Coatesville

Currently in the city of Coatesville, there is no ordance which allows an individual to earn an honest living through vending. In all other urban centers around the country, the street vendor is an economic and entrapruenural asset to the comunity. they provide goods and services which are helpful and convienient to residants within the comunities they serve. Therefore being aware of several individuals who have shown an interest in opperating such an establishment in the city, we encourage the city to imeadiately begin putting a vending ordinance in place which encourages entraprenueral growth and services to the community.
