Dead Beat Parents

I%u2019m 15 years old, going to be 16 in just a few months.  I have 2 younger sisters ages 13 and 10.  My mother and father separated 11 years ago.  Since that day my father has not paid anything for my sisters and I.  The FRO (family responsibility office) is not doing their job at all; my mother has to call FRO every week to see what the status is on my father (Warren).  My mom left Warren 11 years ago because he was cheating on her.  Warren has 4 children me, my 2 sisters and another son who is 18, which Warren walked out on when he was a baby. Warren paid for his son the entire time he was with my mom.  After my mom left him, he stopped paying for him.  Warren and my mother have been to court many of times, and he has stated that he didn%u2019t want anything to do with us but he was going to pay his child support.  It%u2019s been 11 years and we have yet to see one dime from him.  FRO is not doing anything for us, if anything they are working for Warren.  FRO has not done anything for my mom, for 11 years.  The law on Dead Beat Parents needs to be stricter. Just last month my mom was told there was a warrant out for his arrest and they only way she would get him in jail was to call Barrie O.P.P and tell them.  So she called and they told her that they are not going to do anything about it unless she KNOWS FOR SURE that he is sitting at home.  So she went on a lucky guess because we do live 3 hours away from him, and called the O.P.P.  They went out and arrested him, he sat in jail for 2 days in till his parents (my grandparents) came and bailed him out for $4000, his child support is less then $500 a month for 3 children.  We have yet to see any of that money, and that was over a month ago.  My mom was told she would see some money, later on. THAT%u2019S WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN SAYING FOR 11 GOD DAMN YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
