End the Sociopolitical Hostage Situation of Gen Dr K K Ferrara (aka Buccini)

1.      Both the United Nations and the United States recognize the dangers that many persons face in the line of duty.  There are laws established in International Law and in the US Code so that punishments may be enforced on the persons who attack and injure persons in the line of duty and/or certain individuals who are subjected to criminal activity and extortion for reasons due to envy, greed and inferiority.

To Members of the US Congress:

Whereas, the purposeful intent for which America’s forefathers essentially founded this independent nation is simplified in those words found in the Preamble to the United States Constitution;

And Whereas, those words stated as follows, “to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity,” have been used by persons from far and near who have migrated or immigrated to this country seeking amnesty from political persecution, refuge from political disinheritance, solace from political disappointment or retreat from political affluence;

And Whereas, commissioned officers of the US Military, elected officials at local, state and national levels, corporate executives in the US and Abroad, foreign service workers, US and International diplomats and other interested persons have continually made efforts to maintain that America is a friendly nation which welcomes persons from all nationalities, religious persuasions, political models and racial heritages by fostering language and cultural programs and educational opportunities through the thousands of higher learning institutions, museums, research centers or institutes, federal agencies and other organizations that have been established within her boundaries and territories, or in partnership with foreign governments or agencies;

And Whereas, I, General Dr. Karolina Rosa Kennedy Ferrara, as a Commissioned Military Officer, as a Harvard-educated Attorney and Surgeon, as an International and US Business Owner, and as a supporter of several charitable organizations dedicated my life’s work and professional etiquette to securing a voice for America in certain significant matters of foreign affairs;

And Whereas, the unfortunate fate that befell me, although temporarily I should hope, as I prepared to undergo a surgical procedure in the mid-1970s at such time that a group of Black American clergymen fatally wounded my posted bodyguard and seriously wounded me during a violent home invasion at my vacation bungalow home on the island of Bermuda;

And Whereas, my wounds from that home invasion were so great and serious that they could only be treated through a course of emergency brain surgery and subsequent extensive medical care, which was upgraded to ICU after a biochemical attack committed by one of the three Black American clergymen at such time that he forcibly introduced a foreign substance into my bloodstream with a syringe that was injected into my IV tube which produced a great and significant amount of Artificial Melanin in my bloodstream and forced me into a grossly altered physical appearance after my Caucasian/White skin began to appear as that of a Black person’s skin color, much to my dissatisfaction and deeply-felt pain;

And Whereas, the affliction and pains caused by my serious brain injury and other injuries that I sustained as a result of the biochemical attack was used by the violent offenders to take this now-former female USAF General into captivity, which has lasted for more than three decades;

And Whereas, hostage-taking is a crime punishable by many years in prison according to the United States Code, several US-signed International Treaties, and a serious matter of human rights for which the United Nations “have resolved to combine [their] efforts to accomplish [such] aims” as “reaffirm[ing] faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small, and establish[ing] conditions under which justice and respect for the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law can be maintained;”

And Whereas, true freedom from my victimization lies not solely in my relocation from the environment of poverty and pain into which I was forcibly catapulted by the Black family who attacked and abducted me and a colleague of mine from the campus of Harvard University in Cambridge, MA in the late 1960s and the Black American clergymen who attacked me more than five years later on the island of Bermuda but also in the trial and interrogation of the various persons who endeavored to, and did, seriously injure me and wrongfully cause me to live apart from my legally established family, close friends and domestic and international business priorities;

Be It Now Known, that my contributions as General Dr. Karolina Rosa Kennedy Ferrara, also known as Dr. Karolina Soyini Kennedy Buccini, in the area of Mideast Peace Talks; advances in Medicine through vaccine development, life-saving surgery advancements and surgical technique improvements, pharmaceutical developments  and more effective treatment of diseases such as Cholera and Malaria in Africa and other Third World countries; advances in Law and Law Enforcement in the area of civil rights and constitutional law; and discussions pertaining to the evolution of open Religious Pluralism in American politics and diplomacy, should not be dismissed into oblivion;

And Be It Further Known, that my contributions in those areas and others, which have not been enumerated here, are still having a positive and substantial effect on students and young professionals today who are training for future work in those respective disciplines;

And Be It Further Known, that upon relocating from this soon-to-end post-Civil Rights Movement sociopolitical hostage situation, recovering from the injuries caused by the caustic biochemical attack and reuniting with my already legally established family, we are eager to discuss the horrific, alarming and shocking events of these past 30 plus years via relevant media outlets so to put an additional exclamation point on the sentences that have been, and are being, used to define my sense of theory and thought, purpose and poise, fortitude and fact, integrity and intuition!

Therefore, citizens from around the world are asked to join with me in making this urgent request to members of the United States Congress, and other elected officials as it becomes necessary, to assist in expediting my exit from my current post-Civil Rights Movement sociopolitical hostage situation on behalf of my already legally established family and network of friends and associates who very much would like to reunite with me prior to the 2011 Holiday Season, which is now upon us.

And Therefore, while it took more than 200 years, from its founding, for slavery in America to be officially abolished, it should not take more than a few days, or a few weeks at the most, to end the post-Civil Rights Movement sociopolitical hostage situation that I, General Dr. Karolina Kennedy Ferrara, have endured for more than three decades.  It is time that this situation is brought to its end.  Moreover, the various persons affiliated with this horrific crisis need to be brought to justice so that the legal issues associated with this hostage crisis may be appropriately investigated and adjudged in the manner in which investigations and legal proceedings were initially begun in the late 1970s-early 1980s shortly after this matter of captivity began.

So Therefore, please join me in this strategic Petition Drive to FREE KAROLINA by adding your signature, and comments if you so desire, to this petition.  By signing this petition, you might help send a life-saving message to members of the US Congress and other elected officials that, according to the Preamble to the United Nations charter, will “promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom.”

These sentiments are so established, this 23rd day of November, 2011 and the following days thereafter.
