FEDERAL LAW TO INCREASE RECYCLING IN THE UNITED STATES

Many areas of the country do not recycle.  We need to get serious about recycling in the United States.  All federal, State and private companies need to recycle.  Schools need to teach recycling to young children.  The military needs to recycle on all its bases.  The more we save the better off the country will be.
