Fixing anti barking oridence

 I feel that the barking oridence needs to be more clear and that dogs












have a right to alert there owners in there own homes if something is wrong. Not, fine












everytime somebody calls about a barking dog, that's what dogs do!! That's how they












speak to us and let us know when something is wrong. I feel the oridence is way to












easy for people to haress people just cause there dog barked, that would be like












saying that person can't talk in there house!!!! Let's rally together and get them to













write it better. For our animals, we have noise oridence that is clear why can't we












have one for our animals too.
