HELP this Veteran/Soldier get the help and answers he has been asking for!!

This is a father/ husband/soldier/veteran who was denied medical care by our State and his Unit last year. We need your help!!
Last year while under duty orders this soldier became ill. He thought it was the flu. A few days after getting home I finally convinced him to go to the hospital. We were told some IV fluids and antibiotics for a few days and he would be sent home. He got worse everyday. They ended up putting him on life support for 10 days, even on a machine he was enduring complications. His liver was shutting down. They did a liver biopsy and not even the Air Force Institute of Pathology could not report what was wrong with this soldier. He was almost discharged right after being taken off the vent because it was a military issue. A liver specialist stepped in and saved him! Found out by special tests that he had Hepatitis E. A very rare for of Hep! His liver enzymes were over 1200! He was discharged with strict follow-up orders to be seen at Walter Reed, arrangements had been made. The appointment had been sent, he was told that he would be getting travel orders and then a few days before I was supposed to take him I got a call from the Guards Health Services saying that he "wasn't sick enough to need to be seen at Walter Reed" they would get him care in the state. His own unit called the specialist at Walter Reed and said "how dare you agree to see this soldier". He went a month and a half without medical care. We were sure he was going to die. Lucky for his family, he didn't. We have tried finding out why he was denied medical care through the Guard, the Governor and our Congresswoman and no one cared to help get us answers. We even got the White House involved and the Commanding General for the State still refused to answer. How do you defy the White House?
This is a soldier that was trying to go active duty, he wanted to retire serving our country and now because of all the B.S. he is being sent in front of the medical boards due to even more health issues due partly to all of this.
We are asking you to sign our petition so that he can speak to the Commanding General as well as the Governor to see why the system failed this soldier and "left him behind". He is not well! He needs YOUR help! PLEASE!
We love our military and our men and women that serve this wonderful country and we thank each and everyone of them! Due to lack of leadership within some commands too many service members have fallen through the cracks and have given up on their fight. I can't let this happen to our soldier.
