Kay Staely does not speak for the people of Houston TX

The Houston City Council has  prayed before meetings for years
one woman and her opinion or offense of prayer before these meetings
should not speak for the majority.  In times like these especially, we need prayer by our leaders for guidance in City  and County affairs.

Let the majority have their say as well.  Let the majority rule.
