Kent Hills 1 Condominium Association

Our goals to beautify and maintain our Kent Hills Condominiums are slipping further away. The idea for this petition is to ask the Board to please evaluate the position of Secretary/Treasurer and to reduce the rate currently being paid for the position. Currently, we as the Association are paying 8,400.00 per year. In 2003 this position paid 3800.00. This money should be put back into our account and used to help maintain the many problems we are facing as residents.  I am proposing that this paid position be reduced back to a fair pay scale at 4200.00 per year or lower and reflect the raise given to the Managerial position currently at 3600.00.
