Liberty Must Include Responsibility

George Washington once stated that "Respect for its authority, compliance with its laws, acquiescence in its measures, are duties enjoined by the fundamental maxims of true liberty." George Washington had risked everything he had in the  Revolutionary sruggle for liberty. But he knew that "liberty" does not mean licence to anything without restritions. True liberty must include responsibility to know what was right and what was wrong to God and to country. For all the hate and racism and the crimes in the world, this is still good advise. Having liberty dosen't mean to be able to do anything but you can do most thing's but not thing's that would hurt people or kill anyone or affend anyone. Also, Washington had said liberty does not mean they can do anything without restrictioins or rules applying. The United States should follow Washington's advice in this case because it could save the world and it could stop the crime's and the racism against people. This advice should still stand in the world and should be reminded to everyone what it really means.
