MAKE BESTIALITY ILLEGAL in FLORIDA. NOW.

Sign this if you think Bestiality (sex/lewd acts with animals) should be ILLEGAL in the State of Florida.

Unfortunately, "HB 273" wasn't at the top of the agenda with the first (the Agriculture & Natural Resources Policy Committee) of the four committees that it would NEED to go through/pass through in order to LATER be up for voting for the entire group of Senators of Florida. Basically, time "ran out" for this bill to pass for 2009.

This Bill needs to be introduced at the BEGINNING of 2010, in order for it to have ENOUGH TIME to pass all the way through to THEN become a law. (Clearly, we assume this would go into law... but let's make this happen ASAP.)

Feel free to write a peaceful/kind email to Trudi K. Williams asking her/suggesting her to place the Bestiality Bill (HB 273) at the top of her agenda:

Signing this Petition is also letting the politicians in Florida KNOW that people DO CARE about passing this into law. This heinous/taboo crime should definitely be illegal. This is just gross.
When I get enough signatures, I plan on forwarding this to everyone who can make a difference, and expediate things, politically.

Florida is amongst 16-20 states that still HAVE NOT made Bestiality illegal.
That's a "WOW" for the tourist destination of the WORLD.

This poor whippet-mix dog had to be PUT DOWN due to severe internal damage done unto her. This is just disgusting, and tragic. ;(

THERE NEEDS TO BE A LAW to protect the voiceless.
If potential criminals know what MAY happen to them, then they may NOT even commit the crime. Prevention, perhaps?

The two originators of this bill are Representative Heller and Rep. Snyder. BOTH helped sponsor this Bill. PLEASE Call up Rep. Snyder's office at (772) 221-4904 to URGE him to sponsor this bill AGAIN in 2010.
