Make Calcutta a Second London of India, I can do it.

The Britishers first discovered Calcutta and formed the  East India Company  for the purpose of Business and they make the name of the place as Calcutta. So far story is concerned, when they entered into the place, they saw that some laborers/people were cutting grasses. They asked the people, what is this? The simple laborers/people did not understand English language, and in answer told that " Kalaka Katta", and accordingly the name was given as Calcutta. They developed the city as their capital, and in the year of 1911 the said capital was transferred to Delhi Durbar. I have spend so many years in my life at Calcutta, and  observed that  Calcutta is the second London of India.  The old buildings.its structure like Khedirpur Port,Esplanade(Dharma tala),Tolly gunge,Balligaunge,Gariaghat,The science park, Birla planetarium, Howrah Bridge, Park Circus,Lenin Sarani, BK Paul Avenue,old tram line,metro rail, Jaan Bazaar,Burdhman Road, Rukumini Bazzar, Sialda, Sonagachhi, Kali ghat,Ganga Ghat,Shyam Bazar,Calcutta University,Rabindra Setu,Shatiniketan, Babu Bazar, Jadavpur University, Bada Bazzar, Bahu Bazar, Hadakata gali, Jora Bagana, Alipur zoo,Howrah Railway station,Calcutta Mint,Eden Garden,newly established Salt lake, RamaRaja Tala, China Bazzar,Santragachhi and many many more architectural structures, monuments,Kiran Shankar Roy Raod,Raja Bhawan,Writers Building and many more... can attract any individual, if one deeply think about the city. Calcutta is a Laxmi city (city of wealth)of India & and a lay man can maintain his life happily there. The facilities of local trains ,the topmost railway junction of Khagragpur provides maximum help to the rural and others people to do their business.But, it is is a matter of regret that, the city is uncleaned since years to together, and government has not taken any action for maintainance of the city. If proper attention is given, than Calcutta can be the "Second London" of India. You can find all types of people of different languages of the world in Calcutta. Neither Left front government nor newly adopted Trinamula Congress of India are thinking about the city nor taking any initiative in this regard. I do not find a strong leader in Calcutta who can make the city like" London". It was the old capital, and old is always gold. But, the power-oriented leaders have forgotten to  renovate the city, but I am sure, it will be like city of "London". It is due to bad land reformation policies and land reformation act. My forefathers were doing business in Calcutta and maintains our families, and one can not forget Calcutta, once visited it. The Alipur zoo is now ruined one. Who is responsible for it? Is it not possible to make Calcutta a Second city of London? Yes, it is possible and now is the time the people of west Bengal as well as the people of different countries who are staying in Kolkata should think about it. Hence, cooperation from all the countries are needed to make Kolkata,the second London of the world.
