Move our Open Letter petition back to the hot list so it can be found

WHY is a petition with 120k signatures and growing not on the hot list?  I had to do a search to find it.  The love and support for OBAMA thing - share your hopes - BBBAAAARRRFFFF  - has under 6k and yet it is prominently displayed when you enter the site.  THIS needs to be fixed

Why is the Open letter petition buried so deep in the site - It has 120k signatures - surely this qualifies as a "Hot" Petition - it has more signers than any other on the list that pops up.  Why are you making it difficult to find - and why was it down so long the day it was put on here?  
We believe your liberal bias is showing.
