Opent the Pedestrian Gate at the end of Stienbeck Ave.

This Petition is to reverse and change The Arts decision to close and seal the pedestrian gate at the end of Steinbeck Drive restricting access of the homeowners and residents walking access to the rest of the community.  We believe this act was done in violation of the HOA charter and bylaws, and creates a hardship for the residents of The Arts community.  Furthermore, the residents must now use motorized vehicles to access the local community and shopping instead of walking contributing to pollution and placing an environmental as well as economic demand on the the community.  Signatures will be used to show support for the opening of the pedestrian access only.
