Oppossum problems arising in Corpus Christi

 This is a petition for the people of Corpus Christi to decide if you agree with my statement of problems that you have with oppossums at your own residence should be the problem of the resident owner and not relying on animal control to get rid of them for us. Now I'm not saying that animal control shouldn't deal with the oppossum problem, but I am saying that because an able-bodied person is being put to oppossum trap pickup instead of helping to capture strays in the streets, calls from citizens are getting backed up which hinders the officers to get to some calls in a timely manner. What I am proposing is that people who have traps, for the wild animals that they do not wish to have on their property, to have the traps brought to the animal control facility instead making the manpower one more person that can be utilized.
