Organs 4 Life

We, the undersigned, would like to have the principle of implied consent extended to organ donation.  Implied consent in this manner will assume that the individual is willingly donating his or her organs unless the individual chooses to deliberately opt out.

Precedent has been set in the European community, where Spain has adopted implied consent and the UK is currently debating the matter in the House of Commons. Implied consent for organ donation will increase the number of patients that may be saved by organ transplants.
