Outlaw Text Messaging While Driving in California.

We, the undersigned, are concered about the safety of ourselves and our fellow residents of the state of California. We therfore realize that sending and recieving text messages while driving and operating transportation vehicles is distracting and extremely dangerous. We therefore request that sending text messages and using devices that send and recieve such messages while driving or operating said vehicles be made illegal under California law.
