Patch Neocron!

KK, we as the community have been loyal for years we feel that if you patch these three things then the game will be greatly improved with minimal effort.

1. Boost melee damage to make it viable again.

2. Boost APU frequency by 10%.

3. Apply a runspeed cap to fix clipping.
