PROTEST THE PLACEMENT OF LOREN HERZOG IN LASSEN COUNTY ON PAROLE.
The governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and the Secretary of Corrections Matthew Cate, we the undersigned wish to express our protest to the proposed plans of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) to parole Convicted Killer Loren Herzog to any location in Lassen County on September 17,2010. Rural areas like Lassen county are not suitable for these types of placements and we demand that you reconsider this grievous administrative decision.
WE THE PEOPLE IN LASSEN COUNTY AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES UNDERSIGNED.
THIS IS PETITION IS FOR THE PLACEMENT OF LOREN HERZOG NOT TO BE PLACED IN LASSEN COUNTY OR OTHER SURROUNDING COUNITES, WE THE PEOPLE WOULD LIKE THIS SPEED KILLER TO BE ON DEATH ROW.
