Repeal the FCAT test currently required in Forida schools.

The State of Florida currently requires students to pass the FCAT to be passed to the next grade level and for their high school diplomas.  This test is unfair to handicapped students, blacks, and hispanics.

Encourage the State of Florida to use the standardized tests used in other states...these are designed with provisions for these groups.

There is no reason for the State of Florida to think that their test is in any way more valid than tests used in other states.
