Keep these monsters away from our children!

On Thursday 27 August, Ncebakazi Mpoleki (15 yrs old) was beaten to death by her father, Mpendulo Patrick Mpokeli, with an electric cable when she returned home from school with a letter enquiring as to her frequent absenteeism.
A few days earlier, 3 men raped a 16month old baby. On 5 September 2009 a 3 yr old boy died when his father grabbed both his legs and flung his head against a rock!
Were these children innocent victims? Did they deserve this? Do they have a 'right to life'? Was this human right to life protected/upheld?Do their murderers have a right to life? Will their right to life be protected?
An eye for an eye leaves everyone blind - we all know that and therefore the death penalty is no longer in effect. The death sentence is the maximum penalty but what exactly does this mean to these monsters? Is it a deterrence? It clearly is not as in reality what exactly is their punishment... a room over their heads, shelter, daily meals, even their studies are paid for in some respects - sounds like a perfect life/a dream for many innocent people starving to death out there.Lets not forget that their right to life too is upheld - except of course, their right to freedom!
What does it mean to you and me? We have to give a huge chunk of our hardearned salaries so that the monsters that murdered our children can live a comfortable life. This makes me mad!
So, in short, I have the solution: No death penalty! No jail! I will not pay to feed the monsters who killed innocent children!
Ncebakhazi's father had served prison time for setting his girlfriend alight! What sort of man beats his own daughter to death? What sort of man smashes his sons head against a rock?
The only fitting penalty, one which proves to be more effective than a prison sentence as it does not take away the right to freedom and will save the taxpayer is branding. Yes, branding as in brand them as cows are branded, i.e. MURDERER branded on the forehead. RAPIST branded on the forehead - hell, as a taxpayer I would be happy to even pay for the branding so as not to inflict pain on these monsters! This way, I can teach my children to run like hell if they see anyone with MURDERER or RAPIST across their forehead!BRAND THESE MONSTERS!!!
