Sherie's Identity

                 
                  My name is Sherie Autoria Harris. I am a victim of Identity Theft. For the past 8 years the County and City of Tulsa has allowed Taisha O'brien to use my name to committ crimes. I have five felonies under my name, social security number, and birthday. I have been to court, spoke to Judges, to a District Attorney, Dectectives, Police Record Personel, and also went down to the Tulsa County Sheriff's Department and got finger printed through the OSBI system to prove that I am not the person who committed the crimes. Nobody seems to be able to help me. They all say there is nothing they can do. Just recently I had to prove to the Probation Dept. that I am not on probation.  I even showed up to court on April 27, 2009 and Taisha O'brien was also there. The DA said," he would  amend my name from that case. I asked about the other cases and why she was not being arrested for false impersonation. The Judge  said," I was lucky to have that done. I have been having a hard time finding a job and place to live. I have all the documents to prove my case, it seems that no one is taking this matter serious. I would like for an Identity Theft Law to be enforced in Tulsa, Oklahoma for victims of this  crime. In my case The county, city, and Taisha O'brien should have to pay for slandering my name.
