Stop Dumping your poor Hungry animals !!!!!!!!

Please help get this a felony , I have at least 3 dogs a week dumped on my property. I can't take care of all of them , and it is so sad , they set there waiting for the owners to come back to get them . Please stop this !!!!! If you can't take care of them don't get them !!!!!!
