stop japan killing whales

The IWC is voting on whether or not to alow Japan to hunt whales for meat.
Japan is buying country representatives to vote yes. This must stop. The Japanese are killing just as many whales as they were befor the law was placed, for"tissue tests" and then marketing the meat. As a result the whale population has not had sufficient  time to rebuild its self. If the Japanese begin whaling in ernest now the whales will be pushed to the brink of extinction.
