Stop Nike's modern slavery today!

After a history class on the topic of modern slavery, I was shocked at the findings. Nike, an expensive, popular trainer-maker, is one of the main culprits. Slaves are sent by their families who expect them to get a decent jobs in decent conditions, with decent wages - in fact, they are paid next to nothing for cruel, hard labour, with children as young as thirteen being exploited. The trainers of Nike are expensive and a worked produces an average of 4.3 trainers a day, and is paid two pound fifty a day. Consider todays' prices - what would two pound buy you? Perhaps a load of bread; for a whole days hard, forced labour, where you are only allowed TWO bathroom breaks a day. Please sign to stop this!
