We the Plaintiff Firm would like to bring to your attention  to the following problems Round One LLC is facing.

This petition is being filed by Apple Computers and a female manager employed with Round One LL.  The reason for the petition is Apple Computers is accusing Round One LLC, of infringement on their logo and an employee at Round One LLC, is suing for harassment and discrimination, against a manager, a white male, age 47 at Round One LLC.
